ELIGIBILITY
Participation in the activities available on the ProperBowl.com site is open to all individuals who are the age of legal majority or otherwise where local laws permit. The ProperBowl.com site is void where prohibited or restricted by law and ProperBowl.com reserves the right to deny access to the ProperBowl.com site to anyone at its sole discretion.

* One entry per email address and one entry per household. Any subsequent verification by ProperBowl.com staff that contestants have used multiple accounts or false data to secure more entries in the contests and in doing so securing an unfair and unsportsmanlike advantage shall be grounds for disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.

NO CASH PRIZES
Winning contestants do not receive cash or cash equivalent. There are no cash prizes associated with the ProperBowl.com contest. Winners receive the Plasma TV prizes and other jerseys or caps as outlined expressly on the Prizes page.

INELIGIBLE ENTRIES
All contestants must have filled out their entire list of picks before the designated cut-off time for the contest’s commencement. Picks will not be allowed past this time. You are encouraged to log in and make your picks early to prevent any technical or other access issues you may encounter for any reason.

CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT
In the event that a scheduled game or event is canceled, preempted, or postponed for any reason, no points will be awarded for players in the canceled, preempted, or postponed game or event.

ACCESS
While ProperBowl.com and the third parties used to provide the Service (the "Third Party Providers") exercise reasonable efforts and due diligence to provide accurate information and a problem-free contest engine, neither ProperBowl.com nor its Third Party Providers warrant or make any representations of any kind with respect to the information provided to you through the Service. ProperBowl.com and its Third Party Providers shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the Service, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
By signing up to play ProperBowl.com games and contest, you consent to use of your personal information only in receiving email updates and contact from the site regarding games, contests and upcoming sponsor offers. Your information cannot be sold or traded or otherwise provided to others under laws set out governing email correspondence and protection of privacy rules.

DISQUALIFICATION
ProperBowl.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate contestant accounts if it is deemed a player is trying to violate rights of others or is acting contrary to the spirit of the game. You agree that ProperBowl.com will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modifications or discontinuance of the Service that may occur for any reason.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProperBowl.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of, or participation in, ProperBowl.com contests, your connection to the Service.

CONTEST PLAY
ProperBowl.com offers games for entertainment purposes only and is intended as a free contest only. They may not be used in any way in connection with any form of illegal gambling or wagering.
ProperBowl.com’s decisions shall be final in all instances.
