Patriots heavy favorites again

You almost never see a team this good. You almost never see a team favored by some many points on so many occasions.
But that's what the New England Patriots have done in 2007 as they march toward an unprecedented perfect 19-0 season. The Super Bowl marks the 10th straight time they have been a double-digit favorite.
How can this information help you win your ProperBowl.com contest? Maybe it can't, but the fact they have not covered a spread in five weeks (including two playoff games) is a historical indicator that this might be a closer game that some expect.
It could make you lean towards taking the Giants in ProperBowl.com's rushing yardage question as a close game with inevitably mean that they have been successful running he ball with Jacobs and Bradshaw. If the Giants are within 23 yards of the Pats, they will win this question for you (they are +23.5 in the contest).

Turnover tempting
You are looking for some 'upset' questions where you can grab some quick points. You get to the Turnover question and think that +800 points for the 'no turnovers in the game' question might be the one.
Be careful. There were only seven games all season that were turnover-free, making these 800 points highly unlikely for you. The safer options are +105 for interception and +225 for a fumble.
With Brady and Manning both content to fling passes down the field for big-play artists like Plaxico Burress, Donte Stallworth and Randy Moss, a pick-free game is unlikely.
Interceptions
Speaking of picks, that question carries a 100-point answer for less than 2.5 interceptions and a juicy 260-point swing if there are three or more. Brady has been interception-free just twice in the past seven games and you have to wonder how long Manning's string of three straight pick-less games can last.
Especially with aggressive corners threatening on every play.
